Exhibitor Registration for OABX is NOW OPEN!

Join us on October 14 in Newark, OH at the OAB Exchange (OABX) and share your products with broadcast engineers, station managers, sales personnel, and decision makers from around the Midwest!

Exhibitor Opportunities

OABX will feature a day of learning & networking, with exhibitors integrated throughout the event space for ongoing connection. Dedicated breaks and our event luncheon will provide companies with ample opportunity for face-to-face time with those interested in learning more about your products and services, and to demonstrate equipment or software in person.

Exhibitor Registration Rates

• $495 – Standard Exchange Booth
Booth locations for exhibitors who purchase this option are randomly assigned the week prior to the event either along the corridors, in various exhibit spaces, or inside the keynote and lunch ballroom.

• $595 – Priority Exchange Booth
Take control of your booth location and lock in your preferred spot with this registration option! First come, first served.

Booth Materials

All booths are 6′ x 8′ in size and feature a 6’ table, white tablecloth, two chairs, Wi-Fi, and electricity.

On-Site Staff

Each booth registration includes two full conference staff registrations. The fee for additional staff is $45/person. We will collect on-site staff names and info from you closer to the event. All staff info must be submitted by Wednesday, Sept. 16.

Co-Exhibitors

Shared exhibit space is permitted, but the primary vendor must be registered at the full booth rate. The co-exhibitor booth fee is $65 and includes one full conference staff registration. Limit of one primary company and one co-exhibiting company per booth.

Exhibitor Logistics

Please see our Exhibitor Logistics page for details including conference location, hotel block access, parking info, and more. Details on schedule, welcome reception, material shipping, move-in/out, etc. will be announced closer to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of booth space will be accepted with no penalty until Wednesday, Sept. 2. Cancellations received after Sept. 2 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after Wednesday, Sept. 16 and no-shows are non-refundable.

Door Prizes

Door prizes offer the opportunity to delight attendees while gaining recognition for your brand! Donated prizes will be displayed during the entirety of the event with donor company acknowledgement, and will be awarded to guests via drawing.
