EXHIBITOR LOGISTICS

Thank you to the companies exhibiting at the OAB Exchange on October 14 at Cherry Valley Hotel! We’re looking forward to a great event. Below is some information that may be useful for your planning purposes:

Conference Location

OABX will be hosted at the Cherry Valley Hotel at 2299 Cherry Valley Rd SE, Newark, OH 43055. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access just off highway SR-161, roughly 30 minutes outside of Columbus, OH.

Schedule

Tuesday, Oct. 13:
• Optional exhibitor move-in and setup
• Welcome Reception for attendees and exhibitors

Wednesday, Oct. 14:
• Final exhibitor move-in and setup
• OAB Exchange

Booth Materials

All booths are 6′ x 8′ in size and feature a 6’ table, white tablecloth, two chairs, Wi-Fi, and electricity.

Hotel Block

We have a room block available at Cherry Valley available to all exhibitors and event attendees. Rooms are available at the group rate of $169 for the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 13 (the night before OABX). CLICK HERE to reserve your room ›››.

Parking

Free self-parking is available at the hotel to all exhibitors, event attendees, and guests staying overnight.

Shipping & Move In/Move Out

Shipping and move-in/out information and daily schedules will be provided closer to the event.

Welcome Reception

All conference attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are invited to join us for casual networking, appetizers, and drinks at our Welcome Reception the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 13! More info TBD.

Meals

We will provide breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks throughout the day of the conference on Wednesday, Oct. 14. Food is available for both attendees and all exhibit staff.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of booth space will be accepted with no penalty until Wednesday, Sept. 2. Cancellations received after Sept. 2 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after Wednesday, Sept. 16 and no-shows are non-refundable.
