Thank you to the companies exhibiting at the OAB Exchange on October 14 at Cherry Valley Hotel! We’re looking forward to a great event. Below is some information that may be useful for your planning purposes:
Conference Location
OABX will be hosted at the Cherry Valley Hotel at 2299 Cherry Valley Rd SE, Newark, OH 43055. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access just off highway SR-161, roughly 30 minutes outside of Columbus, OH.

Schedule
Tuesday, Oct. 13:
• Optional exhibitor move-in and setup
• Welcome Reception for attendees and exhibitors
Wednesday, Oct. 14:
• Final exhibitor move-in and setup
• OAB Exchange
Booth Materials
All booths are 6′ x 8′ in size and feature a 6’ table, white tablecloth, two chairs, Wi-Fi, and electricity.
On-Site Staff
Each booth registration includes two full conference staff registrations. The fee for additional staff is $45/person. We will collect on-site staff names and info from you closer to the event. All staff info must be submitted by Wednesday, Sept. 16.
Shipping & Move In/Move Out
We will have an advanced storage warehouse and delivery service available for those who need so ship booth materials ahead of the conference. Shipping will need to be arranged and paid for on your own. We will begin accepting shipments starting Monday, Oct. 5. More info will be provided closer to the conference.
Hotel Block
We have a room block available at Cherry Valley available to all exhibitors and event attendees. Rooms are available at the group rate of $169 for the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 13 (the night before OABX). The deadline to reserve a room is Tuesday, Sept. 22. CLICK HERE to reserve your room ›››.
Parking
Free self-parking is available at the hotel to all exhibitors, event attendees, and guests staying overnight.
Tuesday Welcome Reception
All conference attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are invited to join us for casual networking, appetizers, and drinks at our Welcome Reception the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 13 at Cherry Valley. Exhibit staff registration includes access to the reception and two drink tickets. A cash bar will also be available.
Meals
We will provide breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks throughout the day of the conference on Wednesday, Oct. 14. Food is available for both attendees and all exhibit staff.
Accessibility
Cherry Valley offers rooms with features like wheelchair-friendly layouts, roll-in showers, and grab bars. Service animals are also welcome. If you need to make special arrangements for an accessible room, or assistance with getting around the property, please contact the OAB.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of booth space will be accepted with no penalty until Wednesday, Sept. 2. Cancellations received after Sept. 2 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after Wednesday, Sept. 16 and no-shows are non-refundable.

Door Prizes
Door prizes offer the opportunity to delight attendees while gaining recognition for your brand! Donated prizes will be displayed during the entirety of the event with donor company acknowledgement, and will be awarded to guests via drawing.
