ATTENDEE INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in attending the OAB Exchange (OABX) on Oct. 14l! We’re looking forward to a great event. Below is some information regarding this year’s show that may be useful for your planning purposes.

Conference Location 

OABX will be hosted at the Cherry Valley Hotel at 2299 Cherry Valley Rd SE, Newark, OH 43055. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access just off highway SR-161, roughly 30 minutes outside of Columbus, OH.

Tuesday, Oct. 13:
Welcome Reception

Wednesday, Oct. 14:
8 – 9am | Registration and breakfast
9am – 4:15pm | General & concurrent sessions
Noon – 1:30pm | Luncheon

Hotel Block

We have a room block available at Cherry Valley available to all event attendees. Rooms are available at the group rate of $169 for the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 13 (the night before OABX). The deadline to reserve a room is Tuesday, Sept. 22. CLICK HERE to reserve your room ›››.

Parking

Parking at Cherry Valley is free for both daytime and overnight guests.

Tuesday Welcome Reception

All conference attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are invited to join us for casual networking, appetizers, and drinks at our Welcome Reception the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 13 at Cherry Valley. Conference registration includes access to the reception and two drink tickets. A cash bar will also be available.

Meals

Your registration includes appetizers & two drink tickets at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, Oct. 13. We will provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages on Wednesday, Oct. 14.

Accessibility

Cherry Valley offers rooms with features like wheelchair-friendly layouts, roll-in showers, and grab bars. Service animals are also welcome. If you need to make special arrangements for an accessible room, or assistance with getting around the property, please contact the OAB.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations will be accepted with a full refund through Wednesday, Sept. 30. Cancellations after Sept. 30 will NOT be refunded. We will accept attendee substitutions until the conference on Oct. 14. To cancel or update your registration, please follow the link provided in your registration confirmation email, or contact the OAB.
